The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of refractory products. It was incorporated in December of 1978 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Guarda, Spain. The privately held company primarily manufactures and sells the following products: bricks, sand, gravel, clay, refractories, ceramic products, cement and concrete products, lime, gypsum and other construction products. In addition, the company's clay and other structural clay products include architectural terra cotta, drain tile, flue tile, roofing tile, and conduit.
